Upgrade seamlessly to Office 2007
Have you recently upgraded to Office 2007? Is your team struggling with the NEW features, tabs and ribbons? Even though it's the same suite of programs, Office 2007 can seem like a whole new software package. You need to use it in a different way to previous versions.
If you have upgraded from Office 2003 (or earlier), all you need is the right training to learn our intuitive way to navigate your new software. At the end of the workshop, your team will get rid of frustrating attempts to figure out how Office 2007 works. They will become power users of this new software.
Your team will easily find all the features that you already know; and MANY more. Importantly, you'll also ensure compatibility with previous versions of Office using various "save" techniques and the "compatibility checker".
- A better, smarter, faster way to work
- Take advantage of powerful time-saving features to format quickly, produce documents faster and enhance your presentation - these are NEW to Office 2007.
- Discover how to quickly insert your Company Profile, Product Descriptions or Legal Disclaimers that you use frequently.
- Apply predefined Styles and Themes, or create your own “corporate image” without the complicated setup.
- Live preview your font selection before you apply.
- An easier way to number-crunch
- Enhance your spreadsheets with quick 3D charts and colourful comparisons.
- Learn how to “ask” Excel questions that will provide valuable answers at the click of a button.
- Use NEW Office 2007 techniques to calculate totals without complex mathematics.
- Professional presentation has never been easier
- You don’t have to be a graphic designer to impress your audience with quality presentations, but you do need to know how to produce them quickly and efficiently. We’ll show you how to save time on the “fashion” so you can focus on the “function”.
- Bullets can be boring, so convert a bulleted list into a graphical representation - such as a timeline, a workflow or concentric circles. This is NEW to Office 2007.
- SmartArt is NEW to Office 2007. (Trust us, you'll love it.) Insert pictures into your Smart Art to visually enhance the points you are demonstrating.
- Don’t be a “slave” to your Inbox.
- Achieve Inbox Zero by marking your emails with coloured Flags for Follow-Up. Now your emails become “Follow-ups” in your To Do List - it’s that easy.
- Outlook 2007 is NEW and improved. It's more than just emails and contacts - we’ll show you how to manage your time and workflow.
- Convert items on your To Do List into appointments. For example, drag "Call John about marketing strategy" into "4pm Friday".
- Convert appointments into meetings. For example, "Invite Mary and Susan to phone conference with John about marketing strategy".
